Men's Basketball to Returns to KOA Arena, to Host Fredonia State Friday Evening

Bradford, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford Men's Basketball team will return home on Friday for a non-conference game against Fredonia State.

The Panthers started their season off last week, losing two games. In their home opener against Houghton, they fell 92-79 and followed that with a 80-64 loss at Keuka over the weekend. As a team, the Panthers are averaging 71.5 points per game and allowing 86.0. Zach Dahlstrand is Pitt-Bradford's leading scorer through two games, averaging 17 points per game. Three other Panthers also averaged double digits in their opening games. Nick Carmichael has averaged 14, Deondre Terwilliger averaged 11 and Justin Kusiappouh scored 10 a contest. Kusiappouh is also the teams leading rebounder, pulling in 12.5 per game. 

The Blue Devils have started their season 3-1, including a win over fellow AMCC member D'Youville College. Fredonia State has scored 71.5 points per game and allowed 69.8. Junior Dydy Bryan leads the Blue Devils in scoring, averaging 20 a game to start the season. De'Quan Smith has also averaged double digit points with 17.8. Bryan also leads the team in rebounding with 6.8 per game.

The game is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in KOA Arena.
