BRADFORD, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's basketball team will host La Roche for its second-straight home Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference matchup at the KOA Arena Saturday.

Pitt-Bradford is coming off a tough defeat against Hilbert on Wednesday in the team's AMCC debut.

Desmond Brogsdale led the way with 16 points on five made field goals and a 6-7 performance from the free-throw line. Brogsdale is the team's top scorer with 16.8 points per game so far this season, which also ranks fifth in the AMCC.

Malique McCoy logged the second-most points on the team with 12 Wednesday evening, including a pair of three-pointers.

Pitt-Bradford boasts the most explosive offense in the conference, leading the way with 88.0 points per game. 

The Panthers also shoot the third-best percentage on three-pointers with 36.6 percent. Jeffrey Fry leads the AMCC with 56.3 percent from long range, having connected on nine of 16 attempts.

Sahlil Harris (11.8 points per game), Dylan Niedermeyer (11.3 points per game), Colby Mills (10.5 points per game), Reginald Rogers (10.3 points per game) and Dylan Mitchell (10.0 points per game) are all keys to the Panthers' offense, averaging in double-figures. 

In his first game of the season, Pitt-Bradford's top returning scorer from 2016-17 Christian Kelly-Perkins scored nine points Wednesday night.

Saturday's game against La Roche will begin at 2 p.m. and will be the first game of a doubleheader with the women's team.
