BRADFORD, Pa. - The Pitt-Bradford athletic department announced Monday that head men's basketball coach Britt Moore will be stepping down from his position May 31. Moore has accepted the same position at NCAA Division III Elizabethtown College.

Moore led the Blue and Gold to 78 victories in six seasons, and the Panthers appeared in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference tournament every year during his tenure. Pitt-Bradford advanced to the AMCC tournament semifinals in 2013 and 2016. He coached four 1,000-point scorers in Tyler Ferguson, Keith Burgess, Eric Matheson and Evan Greening, and 11 of his players received All-AMCC honors.

Last year, Greening and Matheson led the AMCC in scoring, respectively, and were among the top scoring duos in NCAA Division III. As a senior this year, Greening was named a member of the Allstate NABC Good Works Team and a D3hoops.com All-Great Lakes Region second-team selection.

A national search for Pitt-Bradford's next head men's basketball coach will begin immediately.
