BRADFORD, Pa. -- Senior guard Desmond Brogsdale of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's basketball team has been named a Pitt-Bradford Athlete of the Week for his performance during the period of Jan. 21-27.
Brogsdale dropped a career-high 24 points Wednesday at Medaille.
Wednesday, he shot 11-18 from the floor and played 29 minutes.
The scoring performance bests his previous career high of 23 matched earlier against this season against Pitt-Greensburg on Dec. 8.
His 11 made buckets Wednesday are also a career high.
He followed that up with 10 points at Pitt-Greensburg Saturday.
